Hello two days ago I was having mild chest pain done ECG and echo both are normal today morning when I woke up i checked heart rate in oximeter it showed 196 then the next moment I checked again it showed 75

The heart rate of nearly 200 per minute is abnormal .You may have experienced palpitations during the episode.You should go for 24 hours holter monitoring to determine the nature of heart rate.

Check multiple times throughout the day. If still variations are present,  get a 24hr holter recording.

Your oximeter may not be working correctly Check with new batteries and on another person With regards to your chest pain need more details to understand if it could be related to the heart or not A normal ecg and echo doesn’t always rule out heart conditions Kindly consult physician to understand the cause

Hello Ma’am, First of all Please recheck if the Oximeter is functioning properly by using it on another person. While It is normal to have some variation in the heart rate throughout the day - The variation which your Oximeter has recorder is certainly not normal and requires further investigations.
