Hello sir , I want to know the DIET CHART FOR ME. How many roties i can eat in a day simply in lunch and in dinner . What should be the right timings for breakfast lunch and dinner. Thank you

If you want to loose weight , try to spleet your meals with smaller size meal maximum food gap 2-3 hours, no afternoon Nap, take lesser oil & no deep fried item from outside, and above all take exercise time twice daily morning and evening.
