We all are in such a situation that Health is become our priority.Seeing and hearing so much about COVID and how people are suffering it’s natural to be worried about one’s health but worrying can do no good it can only make your mental and physical health bad ..you have to concentrate on improving your health by doing adequate physical activity,adequate Sleep ,eat healthy food and staying away from news which creates fear and panic .
