Increase intake of simple carbs n sugars like potatoes, rice, sabudana, sugar, honey, jaggery,jam, jellies etc. Increase protein as well like sprouts, fish, chicken, fish, paneer, pulses. Take energy dense foods by adding butter, ghee etc to ur diet Tk high calories fruits twice everyday like banana, mangoes, chiku, dates, litchi.
