Dear Practo User. Thanks for sending across your query. I advise continued rest and hydration—antibiotics can take 3–5 days to show full effect. Persistent high fever and severe headache need review. Visit our clinic for expert monitoring and supportive treatment to speed recovery.

What meds you are taking? Do some tepid sponging for high fever and can increase frequency of paracetamol. For severe headache,  you can take tab tramadol 50mg one stat.
