Hello sir/ madam mam I have some sort of spinning sensation in head for 4-5 sec feel like I will fall down but only for 4-5 sec it happened 4-5 time form last 1 month please tell why this is happening what is the reason

Hi., I can understand your concern. It can be due to vertigo. Take tab vertin 16 mg twice a day after food for 5 days
