Hello 👋 You’ve explained your reports very clearly — that helps a lot. Looking at your HbA1c (6.6%), fasting and post-meal readings (both under 120 mg/dl), and the fact that you’ve already started lifestyle modifications, you are currently in the early diabetic / pre-diabetic transition zone. About Diabetes Medicine: Right now, you may not need to start full-strength medication immediately if you can maintain this control for the next 6–8 weeks with diet, weight loss, and consistent exercise. However, if sugars start creeping above 120 fasting or 160 post-meal, a low-dose oral medicine helps to preserve pancreatic function — it doesn’t make you “dependent.” About BP Medicine: Your home BP readings are normal, so the 160/110 at hospital was likely stress-related (white-coat hypertension). Continue monitoring for a week — if average remains below 135/85, you won’t need daily BP tablets yet. Reversal Possibility: Yes, since your diabetes is in the early stage, with proper diet timing, intermittent fasting, targeted supplements, and fat-loss planning, reversal is absolutely achievable. The key is individualized tracking — every person’s insulin sensitivity curve is different. I can help you design a personalized diabetes-reversal plan — focusing on fat metabolism, insulin resistance correction, and safe withdrawal strategy if medication becomes necessary. You can message me privately on WhatsApp at nine three two six zero two zero five three six for a one-on-one consultation. Together, we’ll bring your sugars, BP, and weight fully under control — naturally and safely.

Diabetes - HbA1C more than 6.5 is diabetic. Considering your current weight starting medications will also help reduce weight along with sugar control, However if you are not keen on initiating treatment, you can start lifestyle modification and diet. Better to see a dietician and loose weight consistently with regular exercise and strict diet. Hypertension - No need to start medications at present Can just monitor once in 15 days when you are relaxed and keep the record Also get a Fasting Lipid Profile done as it will help you set goals for lifestyle modification.
Next Steps
Diet and Exercise Repeat FBS, PPBS after 1 month and HbA1C after 3 months, if high need to start medication for Diabetes

With such a long story you should find some good General Physician in your area who should be available to you when you need him. There is no point in treating yourself by Tele-consultation when you have such a  plethora of diseases.

Regarding your blood sugar: You’re doing well — just continue maintaining a healthy lifestyle, balanced diet, regular exercise, and aim for weight loss if needed. These will help improve insulin resistance. Regarding your blood pressure: Check it once in a while to ensure it stays within the normal range. Overall, your current lifestyle is helping reduce the risk of worsening diabetes or high blood pressure. For your other health concerns, please continue following your consultant’s advice.

Anti diabetes and antihypertensive medicine has already been started for you. Are you pregnant? If so b.p. and diabetes can reverse after delivery. Otherwise mostly meds are forever or at least  verylong term. Continue life style measures for good control with minimum meds.
