Your disc bulge is mild and not compressing nerves → it’s unlikely to be the sole cause of testicular pain. Persistent testicular pain needs medical/urological evaluation first, to rule out non-spinal issues. If medical/urological causes are excluded, then nerve referral or pelvic musculoskeletal cause should be investigated by a physio trained in pelvic rehab.
Next Steps
Consult a urologist immediately — to rule out urgent causes (infections, kidney stones, testicular torsion, etc.). If cleared, see a physiotherapist for: Detailed spine and pelvic assessment Nerve mobility tests Postural and core stability check Screening for pelvic floor dysfunction Use conservative measures until then: Avoid heavy lifting or prolonged sitting that strains lumbar/pelvic region Use supportive seating (lumbar support) Gentle core activation exercises (if pain-free)
Health Tips
Do not ignore testicular pain — it can sometimes signal urgent urological issues. Don’t rely only on your spine MRI — it doesn’t rule out other causes. Avoid self-diagnosing or heavy gym activity until a proper evaluation is done.

I recommend consulting a urologist or your primary healthcare provider for a thorough examination, as they can assess your symptoms and order additional tests if necessary
Next Steps
In the meantime, avoid activities that worsen the pain and consider applying a cold pack to the area for relief, but only if it feels comfortable.
Health Tips
Sit with lumbar support, stand tall, and avoid slouching to reduce disc pressure.
