Try to relax and let go stuff that bothers you,tune your mind to rest,do u sleep in the day time,one big reason why one cannot sleep properly in the night is they take sufficient amount of rest in the day time,try to balance.
Try relaxation exercise ,and deep breathing if you are not getting sleep.
