Hairfall problem since 2 months

My reports are fine thyroid, vitamin d, vitamin 12 all are in range. Since last 2-3 months since monsoon have started i am facing hairfall issue and hairs are also looking dull. Since past 2 months digestion is also very average. How can i treat this and stop hairfall. I dont have dandruff.

At first reduce your tension regarding hair loss issues. Do the scalp massage daily without oil for 10 minutes. Have coloured fruits and vegetables approximately one bowl per day. Pumpkin seeds 10 in number. Black dry grapes 10numbers soak at night time and have in empty stomach along with water. Have timely food and good in time sleep.
