Hair loss problem

I have hair loss problem from last 5 years. And lot of dandruff. I used many shampoos for that but the problem not solved. Please help me.

Check your blood reports for zinc, iron, biotin and folic acid. Dandruff also leads to hairfall so use some home remedies for dandruff and include more of iron rich and biotin rich foods. Use a shampoo which is SLES free.

Remedie- chew 4-6 curry leaves in the morning, chew it and drink over warm water . Shampoo your hair by onion juice once in a week.
