Hello Sir actually it’s not wisdom tooth. It’s usual eruption of first molar . For safer side take xray to check any cavities present. If swollen gums provide discomfort to your son just visit dentist

Dear patient, in reference to the picture you attached, looks like your son has his first permanent molar erupting. The visible gum structure is nothing to worry about and will get back in place once the tooth erupts. If he complains of pain the related area, please advise warm saline rinses and it should resolve on its own. Take care

Its nothing to worry about condition as per erupting tooth he is 6-7 years of age so, its just the 1st molar is coming up into the oral cavity, so minute gums is left ,when it will fully comeup into the cavity there will be no gum structure left over that portion which is rightnow your concern.

Hello That's the first permanent molar tooth erupting The gum which is seen is the flap which will eventually go when the tooth erupts completely No need to worry Avoid eating from that side for few days and also do warm water saline gargles

It is the 1st molar which is in the eruption stage, no reason to worry. Just ask your children to brush after every meal and gargle  with chlorhexidine mouth wash.

It's not the wisdom teeth, it is 2nd molar, the small gum growth is called pericoronitis
