Groundnut and sweet potato good for ldl

Hello doctor my ldl cholesterol is 117 and my total cholesterol is 181 am taking oats daily mrng and by seeing Internet I am taking sweet potatoes and groundnut and almonds daily I still have doubt that groundnut and sweet potatoes reduce ldl can I continue with the same pls help me I couldn't eat any food properly bcos am getting fear that if I take that will increase my cholesterol

Don’t be afraid and don’t worry first of all! 1. Take lipid lowering drugs 2. Exercise is must 3. Reduce oils food and fatty food. Groundnut in limited quantities is fine. Sweet potato as well 4. Avoid maida/sugar/chocolate/sweets/packed juice. 5. Eat complex carbohydrate that is jowar bajara or leafy vegetables
