For gluten allergy you should eat the foods which are gluten free.
Gluten is a group of proteins, called prolamins and glutelins, which occur with starch in the endosperm of various cereal grains.
Gluten-free foods are as follow
1. fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds, pulses.
2. meat, poultry, fish.
3. eggs, soya, milk, cheese, natural yoghurt, cream.
4. rice, corn (maize), tapioca, polenta, buckwheat, sago, arrowroot, cornflour, gram flour, potato flour, soya flour, teff, quinoa.
5. butter, margarine and cooking oils.
