I'm a yoga practitioner . Actually I got pain in butts from last 4 days went to the physio and she said that u have weak hip and legs .. u need to strengthen them ... It's not serious pain but sometimes I get and sometimes not.. and ya most important i feel good when I am doing butterfly stretch i got intense stretch in butts. Is it serious ? And should i continue with her (physiotherapist) .. Thank you

Yoga practioners often face such issues while trying to achieve maximum flexibility. Most such pain is muscle origin but recovery is delayed in many cases. Usual delay in recovery happens because of choice of exercises.  Go with your Physiotherapist's suggestion and observe at leat 10-12 days.

Yes … according to your symptoms it seems you have got a catch while performing yoga and it’s mechanical in nature . So ask your physio to do a mild soft tissue release followed by strengthening exercises for better recovery. Thank you
