Gltues pain...
Hello dr. I'm an advance yoga practitioner (middle split,side, split) .. recently i got pain in butts i thaught due to overstetch so i took break .. I'm doing just basic asanas and i don't have pain now . But .. whenever i sleep or sit thn i feel pain actually it's like stiffness or tightness I guess it is just in lying and sitting walking dancing all re good ... So please help me what type of pain is this .. ??... I do intense hip stretch so never felt any pain that time .. Thank you 😊

Do hot fermentation and avoid stretching exercise. Visit physiotherapy centre if same issue

By likes of the history and presentation of your pain, It could either be your Piriformis muscle being too tight post an injury or too much of sitting, Which is called as Piriformis Syndrome ( nothing major to worry about). Or this could also be from you lower back via the sciatic nerve. Would be able to confirm by assessing! Take Care👍

It might be Muscle strain For pain relief use Electrotherapy modalities like Ultrasound and IFT Use Hot pack Application for 10-15 mins 2-3 times a day Apply pain relief ointment for 3-4 times a day

Visit nearby physiotherapy clinic for proper assessment and treatment. It might be muscle tightness due to prolong sitting or should be sciatica.u have to take electrical modalities treatment to reduce pain., maintain proper posture and ergonomics. Stretching and strengthening exercises to be done to back and hip .
