Getting up early vomiting

I get vomiting if i get up early than the normal hrs that is 7-8 hrs of sleep kindly advise the reason and remedies.it is happening for last 6-8months

Lack of sleep is probably causing indigestion and hence the vomiting in the morning.try to eat an early dinner.that will also help

Please don't get up early in the morning. Daily morning vomiting is not a very acceptable thing.
