Getting trouble in putting on my weight

I have tried everything but I'm unable to put on my weight I have done everything that people chased to but the final results was zero I'm so skinny please help me!

You need to have dal, rice , chapati, vegetables, fruit and nuts on daily basis. Egg have 2 week.

Weight gain/ loss depends at our metabolism rate. First need to figure out the metabolism rate and constitution level. You need to figure out the heat level of he body and choose food Accordingly, it will help you to get to know about the food required food stuff for you. Likewise you might have seen people who eats a lot but still tends to get slim on the second note there are people who eat very less but still tends to be obese. These things are at based at our constitution ( vata/pit/kapha) so you can also decide what food will suit you more.
