Take a tablespoon of honey and mix in a glass of water . If the honey is pure, it will lump together and settle at the bottom without readily dissolving.
On other hand , if it dissolves easily and blends uniformly with water, it may indicate adulteration, possibly containing added moisture or syrup.
For Gastritis diet can help to reduce symptoms by avoiding foods that can irritate the stomach and instead choosing foods that are easy to digest
Foods to eat
1. Fruits and vegetables: low -acidic fruits like apples, bananas, berries, pumpkins as well as green leafy
2. Whole grain: brown rice, whole grains bread , whole wheat pasta , oats. Barely and quinoa
3. Dairy: low fat milk and nonfat yogurt
4. Protein: eggs. Fish , meat, legumes and beans
5. Herbs and spices: olive oils, herbs and spices
Foods to avoid: avoid spicy, fried , fatty , processed foods tomatoes, citrus. Also avoid alcohol, sugary drinks and caffeine
Drinks : daily 6-8 glasses of water daily. Peppermint, ginger, turmeric tea also helps to reduce symptoms
Other tips :
Try to eat more homemade meals
Exercise at least 30 minutes daily
Identify and eliminate food allergies
