No matter I eat or go on dieting my stomach is always full of gas. I t gets bloated also and that is also increasing my belly fat that looks bad. Whatever I eat and just after that I start farting.
Avoid taking large meals take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Avoid potatoes, radish and cabbage completely.
