I am having Gas issues generally, and during my complete pregnancy period, I have taken Himalaya Gasex Syrup daily (with no side effects). Now, after c- section delivery(14 days before)also I m having the same gas issues, should I continue Himalaya Gasex Syrup again, I m on Thyronorm 100 mcg, and a Multivitamin (MGQ-100) and have gallbladder stone issue around 9mm stone. Please guide. Thanks

Gases trouble is due to indigestion  . Avoid fatty and bitter diet in your diet.

Listen, you have gone through a lots of body changes during your pregnancy, and at this age metabolism is also gets too slow due to which many problems are there. You also have gall bladder stone of 9 mm you mentioned, try to remove it as soon as possible, and if don't wyto remove and having no problem then try to avoid oily and spicy food, even dot take outside food, try to focussed on normal diet

G For gas issues you can continue gasex syrup..but in case of gallbladder stone more investigations are needed... gallstones can cause gas issues...

Really appreciate your courageous move to accept stomach upset since long now u r free from pregnancy but as mom u r in new role with so many concerns hopefully you could sorted out stomach upset n GB stone prior conception with Yoga Basti therapy. Now also can but now time concern. Now surgery can sort out GB stone but not stomach upset for that Yoga Basti therapy is best

Madam,u have under gone C-section delivery 14 days and have gas problem.u better take Dasamoola Jeerakarisht and dhanwantharam gulika twice daily continue Thyonorm and multivitamin as usual . Discard gallbladder  stone now.
Health Tips
Little walking daily,dry ginger water may be used.avoid oily and fried food take  fruits and vegetables.
