I feel very thirsty and feel like drinking water after every half hour.  And I feel more thirsty, I drink 4 liters of water every day.

Hi, Consuming much water might pressurize your kidneys. Kidneys can't get rid of excess water. The sodium content of the blood may become diluted. So limit your water upto 8-10 glasses. For mouth dryness limit your caffeine intake & improve overall oral health.
