Your foot pain could be due to foot strain or overuse. How long do you have this pain? Do you have pain on both feet? Do you have pain on your heel or foot? Is that a early morning pain? Did you change your foot wear?

You should do contrast bath therapy.
Procedure
Take two tubs, one filled with hot water (bearable heat) and rock salt and other filled with cold water.
Immerse both feet till ankle height in hot water for two minutes then in cold water for two minutes.
Continue this process for 15-20 minutes twice a day for a week.
