Good evening sir, Foam in urine may be a sign of protein being lost in urine. This will not get resolved by drinking more water. And I advice against drinking more water. It may not be good for your kidneys. Kindly do a urine analysis, from any lab or govt medical college. Kindly remain calm.
Next Steps
I assume, since you haven't mentioned, that this is your only concern. If you feel pain while urinating, any edema, or any symptoms, kindly approach a General physician or Nephrologist, who may assess and assist you.

Response: Foamy urine can be caused by various factors, including dehydration, excessive protein in the urine (proteinuria), or underlying kidney issues. Since you're already hydrating well and the issue persists, it is essential to rule out serious conditions. Recommended Tests: 1. Complete Urine Routine and Microscopy 2. Urine Protein Creatinine Ratio (UPCR) 3. Serum Creatinine and Blood Urea 4. Kidney Function Tests (KFT) These tests will help identify if there is any kidney involvement or protein leakage. Next Steps: Once you have the reports, please book a private consultation to discuss the results and plan the next steps. Early evaluation is crucial to ensure proper treatment. For consultation, you may contact my clinic. Feel free to connect for personalized care. Contact: Eight Zero Zero Nine Eight Two One Three Three two.
