Fluorosis occurs due to excessive fluoride consumption during tooth development phase . Excessive fluoride replaces the hydroxyapatite crystals of enamel with Fluorapatite crystals which the weaker form. It leads to easy erosion of enamel and exposure of dentine which is yellow in colour . Veenering , crowns are the best option to treat , they protect the teeth from further damage and improve the aesthetics too .

Visit a dentist and get an insight of the complete protocol.

Hello Unfortunately there is no cure for fluorosis. The disease is spread over a spectrum and it needs a physical check to confirm what is the severity of your case. Depending on severity little treatment may be required or in severe cases full mouth rehab is suggested. Consult your dentist or a prosthodontist for more info

dental flurosis happens due to more mineral content in drinking water, so now your teeth are having stains on them nothing can be done to reduce the stains basically. more advanced procedures like teeth whitening, bleaching, composite or ceramic laminates or veneers and even Ceramic crowns come with pros and cons of treatment.
Next Steps
get scaling done and be happy.
Health Tips
if you have high esthetic demand then go or invasive procedures if not, simply get scaling.

Hi fluorosis is intrinsic stains i.e. stains which are not superficial but which is in the innermost layer of the tooth. So the best treatment plan for fluorosis would be bleaching depending on the intensity of your stains. But bleaching has its pros and cons. If it doesn't help and since you have chipoffs as well getting Veeners or crowns would be good and permanent.
Next Steps
Kindly attach photographs. Also get a consult done.
