Fistula in ano

I had a surgery ( laser) last December for Fistula in ano and it failed. Now i want to know whether i should go for surgery of kshar sutra? Please tell pros and cons of both. Genuine replies only..no online consultation request

Kshara sutra is best line of treatment for the Fistula.the reoccurrence of the fistula will not be there after ksharasutra therapy.highly proven techinque.if possible undergo with the endoanal scan before you start the treatment.basing on the length of the tract, the time of treatment is completely based on the length and position of the tract.apart from time of healing in all aspects kshara sutra treatment will be better
