Fish oil and multi vitamin tablet usage

2023-09-24 17:53:21
I regularly workout and play sports like cricket and badminton twice a week. My gym trainer suggested me to take fish oil and multi vitamin tablets daily for improved results and avoiding muscle injuries Is it fine to take them do we have any side effects?

Fish oil should be taken with caution as they usually come with mercury contamination. If you dont have any medical issues you can take a multivitamin but the source should be natural.

No supplement should be taken without the prior advise of doctor. That too on the basis of nutritional deficiencies. Consult physician for your concern.
