Please suggest fiber food options for good bowel movement.no constipation but bowel movement is not satisfactory from last 4 days.

Hi, Add salads, vegetable juices, milk with 1 tsp ghee, triphala powder, right water intake with good quality sleep. Avoid processed, preserved, packaged & outside food completely.
