What are the calcium rich food items?
I want to take 1000mg of calcium per day. Please tell me the names of items which are very rich in calcium. I can't take nuts due to kidney stone. ( Sorry, i don't want any diet plan, i just want the answer for the given question)

Calcium rich foods are milk,paneer,curd,ragi,spinach,colocasia leaves,drumstick.

Hi, According to ICMR guide line, an adult woman requires 600 mg calcium per day. The food sources are milk and milk products, ragi, green leafy vegetables, soyabean, different legumes etc. The bioavailability of calcium in milk is more than other foods.
