2023-05-22 03:46:31
This is regarding my daughter, she is having fever since last three days, the temperature isn't consistent it's fluctuating between above 98 degree Fahrenheit to 102.8 the highest recorded yesterday, there is loss of taste but not smell, feeling nausea and extreme physical weakness, cannot stand or sit. She was taking paracetamol 650 since three days but this doesn't seem to work, kindly suggest something in this regard. Thank you.

Looks like viral. Pcm 650 won't work. Antibiotics.  Acinem , zinc , ppi will work

Likely viral.make sure she has plenty of fluids and gets enough rest.keep fever below 100 with paracetamol three to 4 times daily.(dose appropriate for age and weight).she should be fine in a few days. contact a physician if there is any deterioration or development of other new symptoms.
