Yes it is I would advise you to visit the nearest ER so that you can be examined and undergo the necessary investigations to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly. Kindly keep yourself warm and wrapped around with a comforter and increase the temperature around you. Kindly visit the ER at the earliest.
