Pl check ur oral temp regularly & obseve other signs also like decreased appetite , burning urination or loss of weight . If u have persistent fever with any of these associated symptoms u should go for routine blood & urine investigations, sometimes X Ray chest, to find out the exact cause of ur fever & get the treatment accordingly It is advised never to neglect a fever if > 1 wk as sometime cause r hidden , which to be found out by proper check up
