My father is having high fevers 103.3 from morning with chills and weakness also runny nose . yesterday my brother too have fever.his age is 73 year have diabets and blood pressure, already given the medicine but Today his bp seems rises ,what to do for subsiding fever given him dolo 650 just now

It is probably some viral fever, too early to know the exact diagnosis, you can give him Dolo 650 every 6 hours, and if that does not help give meftal 500mg, take rest and drink adequate amount of water. If fever persists more than 24 hours or if any other symptoms develop, kindly consult.
