I am having a feeling of sleep during the day time from the last 3-4 days. Stomach is contipated with stomach gas and burping. Only light watery stool done in morning and proper bowel movement is not happening. Now today i am having some kind of hot flashes in body especially in stomach and abdomen area. And also having no energy feeling in both hands and both thigs. What is causing this issue , please help me. I am 25 years old.
