Fear and anxiety about covid

2021-05-11 02:05:27
I've no symptom of covid. But I'm randomly feeling like I'm short of breath. That is mostly due to bad posture. When I talk to someone I'm very eased up in myself but as soon as a I'm alone, I start panicking like something is wrong with me. I've ordered oximeter and I constantly keep a check on my bpm which is on an average 75-80. Am I really just stressing out or is there something else?
