Diagnosed with fatty liver on boarder .. almost it's there . What foods should be avoided and taken for this problem Is it danger and what's remedy

Thank you for the query . Try and add more and more fibres in your diet . Replace maida or gehu with more wholesome and fibrous flour like ragi , jowar or bajra . Prohibit trans fat or refined oil . Eat salads and fruits full of fibres. Try and eat less food per meal , but dont be starving . Eat at a proper time and with balanced amount of carbs, protein and essential fats. Exercise everyday . Avoid sitting after taking any meal .
