Everything is better and depends on individual to individual. You can even workout for 3 days a week or even 7 days a week but the workout plan will be different and is dependent on what your goals, timings & obviously how much effort you want to give. So go ahead & try everything & see what works for you. But always consult a Physio for detailed instructions for workout plans & all. Thanks! Workout hard!!

Take at least 1 full day off per week from all forms of exercise. That means, AT THE VERY MOST, you should be exercising 6 times per week total (and again, this includes weight training, cardio, and any other form of exercise. the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans recommends adults log at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity cardio, plus at least two full-body strength sessions, per week to support overall health. If you want to exercise seven days a week aim for about 30 minutes per day. As long as you have a planned routine, 6 days straight is fine but optimal plan should be a rest day after every 3 days of workout. All of the really good programs I know have you lifting 3-4 days per week.

The answer depends on what type of exercises you are doing. Mild to moderate level of exercise can be done all 7 days. Vigorous intensity exercises should be done for 3 to 4 days a week. Fir exercises with weights: 3 days a week is advisable

Recovery is a crucial part of exercise training. Body should be given enough time to recover from the exercise stress. Thereby, it is recommended to perform resistance exercises 2-3 times a day. And aerobic ones 5 times a day.
