I want to lose weight. I am 5'2" and weigh 55kgs, i want to shed dose extra pounds on ky waist and thighs.

Hello, According to Ur height , weight is correct.if u want loose fat from waist and thigh,cycling is best option for 30 mints. Consume homemade fresh foods ,drink plenty of water. If u need costomised diet chart,pls visit my clinic. Thanks
