Hello.. First thing is being about diet changes...avoid junk and outside food as much as possible... Try to have shirt meals... Include more of pulses in your diet... Gave cucumber,carrots and channa dal ..include fruits like mausambi, Apple, orange,banana...engage yourself in outdoor activity atleast fur 30 min a day. .you can try joining gym or aerobics as per your like
