* icing around the painful area for 5_15mins intermittently /3 - 4 times a day. Continue till pain subsides.
*Let your hand rest and avoid straining activities which are aggravating pain.

*Measure your pain on Pain scale of 0-10 for self check.Pre icing and post icing after 3-4days..
0- 1mild and bearable pain.
5 - is medium and affecting your work.
8-10 is very painful and also affecting your daily basic activities.
*If you cannot avoid activities you can also use elbow brace which helps in supporting elbow and wine off pressure on muscle and tendons.

*Start with Hand and arm Strengthening exercises gradually.
*If you have Desktop work profile make sure of using best posture and hand positioning while working.
*Keep doing 5-10 mins of stretching exercise and hand exercises to relive the strain and increase circulation in hand and arm.
