Your ECG is normal, with mild increase in heart rate. Trop I is within the normal range. Nothing to worry about. If the complaints persist, or increase during exertion. I highly recommend you get a TMT (Treadmill test done).
Next Steps
Kindly get a TMT and 2D Echo done.

Please also consult a Cardiologist in your area. ECG is not the ultimate tool for diagnosis of a heart problem.

Your ecg and trop I is absolutely normal dont worry Your heart rate is slightly on a higher side may be due to anxiety as you said you have history of anxiety . And please take regular follow up with your psychiatrist for anxiety and ocd and take medicine regularly. You felf chest tightness may be due to gastritis .
Next Steps
dont eat fatty foods in night and eat atleast before 2-3 hrs before sleep walk for atleast 10- 15 minutes post dinner
Health Tips
And if you feel the same again then after ruling out the cardiac issue by doing ecg and echo then consult an gastroenterologist.

Your ecg is fine , no need to stress out , your heart is fine and healthy, As you have a history of anxiety , it may be an episode of that. I hope u are taking your medication for the same.
Next Steps
Regarding your generalized weakness, you should have a routine blood investigation done. And get checked your thyroid profile.
Health Tips
Try to eat well and on time make a routine for it, have your dinner at least 3 hr before sleep with good hydration over all. And for your ocd u should enroll for cognitive behavioral therapy from psychiatrist.

Good evening sir _/\_ Hope your doing well 🍀 Sir your ecg is fine not to worry You have an anxiety attack ( ecg shows mild increase in heart rate , so i must consider your prior history of anxiety and a normal anxiety on doing procedure) But it's fine Chest tightness might be due to your prior meals (gastritis) 1.Excess fatty meals, solid meals. 2.No walking In such cases take tab.rabeprazole or panroprazole 20mg Sir if its present get iv.pantop from nearby hospital Sir worry if you have palpitations with sweating and chest pain(squeezing type like someone sits on your chest , difficult to take breath) Sir kindly consult asap Do some emergency things...turn on your left side in sleeping position or lift both the legs Keep an aspirin in emergency (not recommended unless medical advice, due to contraindicated to bleeding disorders) Get done with ecg and tropi if you feel so..you did great work here...trop i is normal here. but not lways diagnostic. Mainly i focus on symptoms and signs Examination is crucial Overall sir i can tell its due to your heavy meals woth lack of walking after diet Also kindly check of sleep disorders Sir yeahh ....dont forget to take your anxiety pills (Tab.betacap 20mg is suggested) Sir don't panic Your fine Take care Thank you 😊🙏🏻
