Your ECG is normal, which is reassuring. Heavy breathing and chest sensations can sometimes be due to anxiety, acidity, or lifestyle factors. If symptoms persist, get a physician check-up and consider tests like echo or TMT for further evaluation.

Thank you for sharing your concern. Feeling heavy breathing and unusual chest sensations can sometimes be related to respiratory issues like asthma, bronchitis, or other lung-related conditions. While an ECG can help rule out heart problems, a normal ECG does not always exclude causes related to breathing or lungs. I recommend a consultation with me so we can review your symptoms in detail, perform necessary examinations, and decide if additional tests like lung function tests or chest imaging are needed. This will help identify the exact cause and guide appropriate treatment. If your symptoms worsen, such as sudden chest pain, severe shortness of breath, palpitations, or fainting, please seek immediate medical attention.
