Your ECG appears within normal limits with sinus rhythm.Your symptoms are more likely due to muscle strain, acidity, or anxiety.
Next Steps
-If pain is related to acidity, you can take Pantoprazole 40 mg once daily before breakfast for 5 day -If pain persists with exertion or causes anxiety, you may do TMT (Treadmill Test) and basic blood tests (CBC, Lipid profile) for reassurance.
Health Tips
Avoid heavy lifting, late-night meals, and excessive caffeine. Maintain regular exercise, good sleep, and stress control. If you developed any chest pain, breathlessness, sweating immediately visit doctor as they are emergency signs. contact me any time on Prato for further consultation.

This ECG is normal and considering your age and no other comorbidities cardiac issue are less likely. But still if you are in a state of anxiety do a TMT and consult a cardiologist.

I carefully reviewed the ECG images you shared. Key findings visible on the report: • Heart rate ~83 bpm • Sinus rhythm • Normal PR interval • QRS duration normal • No obvious ST elevation • No clear acute ischemic changes • Report mentions “Sinus rhythm – Normal ECG (Unconfirmed)” From what I can see, this ECG appears within normal limits. At 25 years, with: • Mild chest pain • Shoulder discomfort • Pain that comes and goes The most common causes are: • Musculoskeletal pain • Anxiety-related chest discomfort • Acid reflux • Posture-related strain Cardiac chest pain at 25 without major risk factors is uncommon.
Next Steps
Ask yourself: • Does pain increase on pressing the chest? • Does it worsen with movement? • Does it reduce with rest? • Any breathlessness? If: ✔ Pain is sharp and position-related → likely muscular ✔ Burning sensation after food → likely acidity ✔ Triggered by stress → anxiety-related You need urgent care only if: • Severe crushing chest pain • Pain radiating to left arm/jaw • Sweating • Breathlessness • Persistent pain >20 minutes Otherwise: ✔ Take antacid trial for 5–7 days ✔ Avoid heavy gym for few days ✔ Correct posture ✔ Manage stress
Health Tips
✔ Reduce caffeine ✔ Sleep 7–8 hours ✔ Stretch shoulder and upper back ✔ Hydrate well ✔ Avoid repeatedly checking pulse or ECG Your ECG does not show alarming features from what is visible. If you tell me: • Nature of pain (sharp/dull/burning?) • Duration of each episode • Any family history of heart disease • Smoking status I can give a more precise risk assessment. Booking an online consultation would allow structured cardiac risk evaluation and proper reassurance based on your personal profile.

Your ECG appears mostly normal with sinus rhythm, and there are no obvious signs of acute heart problem in the report you shared. At your age, mild chest and shoulder pain that comes and goes is more commonly due to: • Muscle strain • Posture issues • Anxiety or stress • Gastric acidity If pain increases with movement, pressing the area, or certain positions, it is usually muscular. Still, if symptoms continue, it would be better to do a basic check like chest examination and possibly an Echo or blood tests for complete reassurance. Never ignore your chest pain and immediately consult to emergency or physical doctor consultation. Based on your symptoms, this may require proper clinical assessment and prescription. You may book an online consultation with me for detailed evaluation and personalised treatment plan.
