Gas pain in chest and shoulder

I feel pressure in my chest area and a little little pain in the both the side of the chest and a lot a pain in my left shoulder and sometimes it pains on my back also. So what I need to do now..

It is better to get yourself evaluated at the near by hospital . Meanwhile no harm in taking tablet pan 40 mg half an hour before food .( for gastritis ) .
