I have very very dry mouth problem and skin of my upper side mouth is very irritating and dry pls advice me. I had gargle with very hot water and was drinking very hot water. Pls advice me.

The mucosa of your palate i.e the upper side as  you are saying sometimes get burnt due too eating too hot food and drinking too hot water or beverages. Firstly you stop now taking hot liquids. And for your dry mouth you can use WET MOUTH oral rinse ( you can use it 10 ml twice daily )
