Doubt on Blood pressure

Hi sir/mam, Past 1 week I check BP its above 135/90. is it treatable?? sometimes bp machine show red clour display. Please clarify me.

High bp in this age is rare Get a renal Doppler done to find the cause. BP should be checked in lying down position with half n HR of relaxed period.
