Hi As I'm trying to conceive and I have hypothyroidism so can I consume ragi every day ? Will that affect my fertility?

Millets like Ragi has goitrogenic effects,but they get destroyed when cooked,its better eat ragi alternate days or thrice in a week and switch to other grains for other days.
