I don't eat non veg.
My vitamin B12 level is 133. I took neurokind 500mg. It was 183 last year. I have taken Mecofol 500mg last year. Also I took injection Renerve plus three times whenever i got pain in the nerves. Since the value does not go up all, It seems I am not getting enough vitamins by taking these tablets. Who can tell whether organic Vitamin B12 tablets work or not? There are several being sold online.

You need to continue supplemwnts for at least 3 months at slightly higher doses and then maintain with low doses later if you are a vegetarian. Organic B12 is no better in terms if absorption.
