Dizziness since few days

Hi, My mother had CABG 2 years back & recently since few days she is having dizziness where everything around her starts spinning. Her BP & Sugar are normal. Can you help us with some solutions?

Maybe viral infection induced vertigo pls consult doctor for ecg and to rule out other causes
