You can improve your digestion by lot of ways. eat soups preferably veg just before lunch & dinner. some times stew also help ful of course all low oil, spices,salt. plenty of fibre rich foods, papaya green ripe, all citrus fruits, green salad, salad dressing, in all staple meals , small buy frequently meals. water after 3 mins. must be careful about acidity. no whole night awake, no stress. plant based foods , whole grains, helpful. no out side street foods but tonly home made, timely.
